Room bookings
All room bookings made through this Website are subject to availability and our confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel bookings made at an incorrect price, with a full refund provided. Check-in and check-out times, house rules, and any specific booking conditions will be communicated at the time of booking. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
Cancellations and refunds — bookings
Our cancellation and refund policy for room bookings is as follows: cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, may be charged up to the full booking amount. To cancel or modify a booking, contact us directly at (08) 8862 1607 or via our contact form. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including your right to a remedy where a service is not provided with due care and skill or is not fit for purpose.
Merchandise purchases
All merchandise orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in AUD and include GST. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel orders where stock is unavailable, with a full refund provided. Risk of loss and title for merchandise passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party delivery services, though we will take reasonable steps to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
Cancellations and refunds — merchandise
You may return merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact us at (08) 8862 1607 or via our contact form. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com). By making a payment through this Website, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service available at stripe.com/legal. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. All transactions are in AUD. A tax invoice will be issued for all purchases.
